The replacement cleaning head arrived 3 weeks later then the Rescue Pro did. The order said that both of items were shipped at the same time. Some confusion on shipment. Great items and clean well in the dishwasher

I think the Cleaning is good! I am having a heck of a time trying to get the cleaning pad off, what the heck is the trick, maybe a close-up video of how to do that would be good. I broke the clips of the last one I took off!!! Can't get the new one off either, don't want to break it again!

My initial order was flawed I contacted Grill Rescue and they sent a replacement. The part also was flawed. (Cleaning head and handle would t stay attached) They sent me a brand new unit without issue. I shared a few pics to document the problem and answered a couple of emails. GR has excellent customer service and cares deeply about assuring their customers are properly served. Great Job!

Does a good job cleaning my grill. The scraper really helps getting stuck-on stuff off so the cleaning head can do it's job. Only thing, is the tabs that hold it to the arm seem to break fairly easily.
