Product works great and I feel better not having all those rusty bristles on my grill surface. For future improvements, the removal of the brush head is harder than I expected -- I feel like I'm going to break it every time I attempt to remove it. Perhaps a latch or set-screw would be more effectively to hold it in place, but also making it easier to remove.

It's definitely 5 star. Not sure I would characterize it as love it. It's a grill cleaner. But scale aside, I have a fairly new grill and I wanted to keep it clean. It does just that. I spend a little extra time and the grate still looks new.

This works great! Well made and will last quite some time. I immediately pitched the old wire brush after using the rescue pro. I'm glad I ordered the extra head but this will last some time before needing to replace it. Good to have it handy!

I love the way this cleans my grill. The steam definitely does the trick. My only problem is that I have difficulty removing the cleaning head in order to clean it in the dishwasher. My hands are too small and arthritic to both grasp it and push the sides in to release it. I have to lay it on its side and push one side in with the end of a wooden spoon. Then it will pop off.

I liked the Grill Rescue Pro version because it is black and therefore not show grease/char stains.
My son-in-law introduced me to the Grill Rescue. I liked it so much that I ordered one for each of our sons. The only problem has been the shipping time. SLOW!

I'm very impressed with this product! Only gripe I have is that it was supposed to be a gift but the box absolutely spoiled the opportunity for that with the branding on each and every side. Also, I don't love that the hook handle is a rubber attachment as opposed to machined into the handle. But it works like a dream for cleaning the grill

I thought I could find a similar grill brush for cheaper, and I did, but that was short lived. That other brush was no where near as good as the grill rescue. This brush is the way to go. I came back and bought another. The quality is well worth the price.
