My favorite grill brush! I feel like all my other grill brushes scratch the hell out of my cast iron grill plates, but this one cleans the grill so well and leaves the finish intact.

It's a useful tool in the arsenal of grill cleaners, but not the be all and end all. You still need a scraper to remove hard baked char, and a brush to get down in the grate openings where food drips through. But once you remove that hard bits, the steam cleaning is helpful.

The product took forever to arrive. When it finally did, I was not at all impressed. To return the four of them I had to pay the postage. Based on how long they took to arrive I was not willing to just mail them back in. There is no place online to initiate a return. I just gave them away to intended recipients. I am not pleased with the one I have.

I bought one for us and one for my son in law who has a grill and smoker that he uses almost every day. I wanted them and my three grandchildren to be safe from the dangers of metal bristles. I love that the pad can be washed and kept clean ready for the next use. The bacteria that forms on the metal brushes is enough to kill you. This eliminates that risk. I’ll be purchasing more pads to have.

I’m still waiting to hear back from the company after receiving a broken brush head. I’ve sent pictures & emails but haven’t received a response. Do I need to send the broken one back? Are they sending me a new brush or at least a new brush head? Come on guys, I placed the order on 6/7, didn’t receive it till the 17th and immediately sent the email to start the return. I sent photos as requested but have not heard anything since. It’s now 6/28, when can I expect to receive a replacement? The quality of this product looks amazing but the weak spot is where the brush & brush head attach. This needs to be looked into, that spot shouldn’t be broken when it’s brand new still wrapped in the box. The product only gets 4 stars because it looks like quality but I haven’t been able to use it yet so I can comment on that. Customer service however one gets 1 star.

This product feels terrible. The sponge doesn’t stay attached at all. Can’t apply any pressure at all to clean the grill without it falling off. And we don’t feel line it does a very good job of actually cleaning the grime off the grill anyways. We just take the pieces of the grill inside to clean them way faster than we can with this brush.
Also packing, shipping, customer service, it’s all very, very slow. Don’t expect a quick delivery or anyone to actually write you back about questions in a timely manner. Feels like it’s just automated messages when they finally do reach out.
