I ordered a few items. I ordered 2 griddle brushes with scrapers and 1 grill brush with scraper but all 3 were the griddle style when they arrived.

Sadly they scammed me into a subscription model I wasn’t aware of……. Buyer be warned

Love this product, we’ve gone through several heads over the course of a few years. Much safer than cleaning the grill with wire brushes. I had an issue with my order (my own fault!) and I contacted customer service. They responded right away and helped me fix my order. Very courteous and helpful!

The entire order was a Christmas gift for my son. He just received it on 12/28/2024 so I truly don't know how he "loves" it. Will need to wait until summer in Minneapolis to really know. As I mentioned previously, I did cancel the auto order going forward. The product looks very good and I am going to assume my son will love it.

I love the fact that the grill gets cleaned much better using my Rescue Pad than when using a wire brush, and definitely much safer. Now, If I can just prevent the raccoons from getting into the grill to cleaning out the grease drip pan and licking my Rescue Pad clean, life would be perfect. :)

This was a gift for my husband and every time he uses it, he tells me how much he loves it, how well it works, and that it does such a good job of cleaning. He said he will never go back to what he was using.

Now I’m an enjoy my bbq and not worry about wire getting into my food.

Very good customer service! Had an issue with the heads not working and they stepped up to the plate and made it right. That is the way customer service works my friend! We had a problem with the sponge head for our Grill Rescue and the company promptly sent us a replacement free of charge. That was very much appreciated since we love how it works on our smoker.

I like it because I don't have worry wire brushes. I give to my father day too he tell me he like it too. Got my customer too will order from you too. I give websites were he can orders lots good stuffs.

It took quite a few months for the order to actually arrive. However, the product works great and fits in the dishwasher nicely

It works OK, but it is not aggressive enough to get the grill totally clean. I am HAPPY I bought it because I have found metal bristles on my grill in the past. The scraper is also OK but should be thicker/stronger. As much as I criticize, I still think it worth buying for the SAFETY of not eating metal bristles
